VENUS 5-Bedroom Villa Short Stay

VENUS 5-bedroom villa is a short-stay villa located inside Venus By Flamingo Dai Lai Resort. It is about 40 km from Hanoi, and the nightly rate is $456.00.

Standard occupancy is 14 adults + 6 children under 12, or 16 adults with no children. VENUS resort entry tickets, billiards table, karaoke, SUP board, in-villa kitchen, and BBQ facilities are included for free.

The villa has 2 floors, with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. It comes with 6 double beds and 7 extra mattresses. The master room has 2 double beds, while the 4 deluxe rooms each have a private bathroom, 1 double bed, and space for an extra mattress.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, induction stove, BBQ grill, microwave, rice cooker, tableware, and 2 hot pot pots. There are 6 TVs in total: one 65-inch TV in each of the 5 bedrooms and 1 in the living room. The villa also has a spacious dining area with pool view and seating for up to 40 people.

Pets are not allowed. Check-in is at 14:00 and check-out is at 12:00. A $76.00 deposit is required at check-in and will be refunded at check-out if there is no damage to the property.

2-month deposit. Foreign tenant contract availability needs to be confirmed. A 2,000,000 VND deposit is required at check-in and will be fully refunded at check-out if there is no damage to the property. Extra guest fee applies when exceeding standard occupancy: 300,000 VND / adult and 150,000 VND / child. Early check-in / late check-out is 300,000 VND / hour. A mandatory 400,000 VND management fee applies and includes room cleaning and dishwashing after the final meal.
